Each item is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our quality requirements. If your order arrives with any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was received, please contact us as soon as possible and provide detailed information along with clear photos or videos for review.
Because every table is individually handcrafted and custom-made, minor variations in size, wood grain, color, or overall appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness and character of a bespoke piece.

Warranty
Warranty
We take product packaging very seriously and follow strict packing standards to ensure safe transportation. However, transit-related damage may still occur due to factors beyond our control.
To protect your rights, please report any damage within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt. We will review each claim based on the specific circumstances and make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome for your project.
As the consignee, you should at minimum inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. Any visible issues—such as footprints, dents, impact marks, crushed corners, or board/carton damage—must be clearly noted on the delivery note / proof of delivery (POD) at the time of receipt, and supporting photos should be retained whenever possible.
Please note: if visible damage is not recorded on the delivery note at the time of delivery, it may be deemed as “received in good condition,” which could result in loss of eligibility for compensation.
We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unreasonable use, or external factors. Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Free supply of touch-up paint or wood wax oil
- Guidance on proper product use and care
Warranty Does Not Include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or care
- Damage from external factors
- Any damage caused by pets

- Use protective pads Do not place hot or damp items directly on the surface without protection. We recommend using tablecloths, placemats, or coastersto prevent permanent marks.

Natural Variations & Care
Every piece of natural wood is unique. Grain patterns, knots, live edges, and resin flow may vary slightly from product photos. These natural variations make each table one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, sharp impacts, prolonged direct sunlight, and placing extremely hot items directly on the tabletop.
