Return & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items with verified manufacturing defects.

Because each custom piece is individually made to order, customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Showroom samples and specially commissioned items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Aurora Wood Art will provide reasonable guidance and support throughout the return process.

Returned items must be unused and in their original, as-new condition. Items requiring cleaning, repair, refinishing, repackaging, or restoration may incur additional charges.

A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns following inspection.

Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, acts of war, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other global events.

Quality Assurance

Every Aurora Wood Art piece undergoes a detailed quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, finish, and structural integrity.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly and provide a detailed description along with clear photographs or videos. After reviewing the information, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damage caused by incorrect handling, improper installation, assembly errors, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by our warranty or return policy.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, live edges, mineral markings, and minor surface checking are inherent characteristics of solid wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Small air bubbles or minor irregularities may occasionally appear on the underside of handcrafted resin furniture. These characteristics do not affect the tabletop’s appearance, structural integrity, or normal use. We ensure that the visible top surface is finished to our highest standard. If you require both the top and underside to meet a specific finish standard, please inform us before placing your order so we can discuss the available options and any additional costs.

Material & Natural Characteristics

Aurora Wood Art uses carefully selected solid wood, valued for its natural beauty and individual character. Variations and organic features are inherent to the material, making every handcrafted piece unique.

Wood naturally responds to changes in temperature, humidity, sunlight, and indoor conditions. Minor expansion, contraction, movement, or dimensional changes may occur over time. Maintaining a stable indoor environment can help minimize these changes.

Returns, refunds, or warranty claims based solely on natural wood characteristics, normal material movement, or unsuitable environmental conditions will not be accepted.

Unless a product is specifically identified as suitable for outdoor use, all products are intended for indoor use only.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact Aurora Wood Art directly. We are committed to reviewing your concerns carefully and working toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with a bank, card issuer, or payment provider, we will cooperate fully with the investigation and provide relevant order information, communications, production records, approvals, and shipping documentation. We will comply with the final decision made by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

We kindly encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to address the matter promptly.
