Welcome to Aurora Wood Art. Throughout these Terms, “Aurora Wood Art”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website and online store.

Our website, products, content, functions, tools and related services are collectively referred to as the “Services”. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform that enables us to make these Services available.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, explain the conditions that apply when you access our website, create an account, communicate with us or purchase our products.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your responsibilities, legal rights, warranty limitations and restrictions on our liability.

Natural wood, resin and other materials may also contain differences in grain, colour, texture and pattern. These characteristics make each piece unique and may cause the finished product to differ slightly from photographs, samples, digital previews or rendered images.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that a product will appear exactly as shown on your screen or match your personal expectations.

We may revise product descriptions, specifications, availability and designs without prior notice. Aurora Wood Art may also discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a particular customer, location or jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Aurora Wood Art. We may accept, reject, modify or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or production limitations.

An order is not formally accepted until we have processed the required payment and issued confirmation of acceptance.

Please review all measurements, materials, colours, options, personalisation details and delivery information before submitting your order. Because many Aurora Wood Art products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

If an order is rejected, changed or cancelled, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you using the email address, telephone number or billing information supplied at checkout.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased through the website are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

5. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless Aurora Wood Art expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, weather, natural disasters, labour disruption, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before submitting your order and for informing us promptly if a correction is required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for loss or damage may pass to the customer after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our online store. However, purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Aurora Wood Art.

Shopify is not the seller of Aurora Wood Art products and is not responsible for product quality, order fulfilment, injuries, loss or damage arising from a transaction with us.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from the products or transactions completed between you and Aurora Wood Art.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Some information may also be processed by Shopify under the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our ecommerce Services, information about your access to and use of the store may be collected and processed by Shopify.
